Unable to create delivery of return sales order in public cloud.

Hello Team,

In public cloud, return sales order type CBRE, I am unable to create delivery of return sales order, when trying to create delivery I am getting below error. 

I have created return sales order with reference to Billing document.

Please help me with the configuration.

The error occurred because the return item has a system status of COST. Select the Appropriate Process

Credit-only return (Lean Return, order type CBRE)
CBRE is a lean return used for refunds or credits. It’s not relevant to delivery. Do not attempt to create a return delivery—continue with the credit memo process. SAP Help Portal-Lean Customer Returns Processing

Physical return required (goods must be sent back).
Use Accelerated Customer Return (CBAR) and set Follow-Up Activity to 0001 Receive into Plant. With 0001, the system creates a returns delivery for you; then you post a Goods Receipt (gr). SAP Help Portal-Logistical Follow-Up Activities

If you’re already using CBAR but still encounter BS051

Make sure the sales order or item is properly costed. In Public Cloud, ask your Costing user to run the sales-order costing or confirm that the background costing job has finished. When the cost calculation is complete, the status updates accordingly, and you can create the delivery.
