Unable to create delivery in public cloud

Hi Team,

i have created a sales order in public cloud of three line item, when i am trying to create a delivery only one line item is appearing in the delivery screen. and for rest two line item i am getting below error. please guide me with the solution.

Hi, 

If You have different data and You receive message "delivery split due to conflicting header data" You need to create two different delivery. You can use app F0869A.
