Hi wale.adegbola

Have you updated the external address for SLD and Authentication service under SLD -> Security tab?

Please refer to SAP Note 3228614 - Changes to Internal and External Network Settings.

And

SAP Business One Administrator's Guide:

Section: 7.1.6 Mapping External Addresses to Internal Addresses

As of 10.0 FP 2208, the internal and external addresses for the SLD are unified as well as the authentication service. If you intend to expose the SLD or authentication service to external internet, you need to update the addresses in the Security tab in the SLD control center. You must make sure that the addresses are accessible to both internal and external networks.

- Make sure that you define a correct address for the SLD and authentication server. The whole SAP
Business One landscape does not work if the address is incorrect.
- Make sure that the address is accessible to both internal and external networks. You can add a record in
the DNS to make the address is accessible for the internal networks.

After finishing mapping the addresses for all required components, you must restart the services on the machines.

Kind Regards

Ensure that the external access to the SAP Business One web browser is not restricted by firewalls or network configurations. Confirm that the necessary ports are open for external connections. And

Hi wale.adegbola,

Please check if the port is open or not on the external IP.

Thanks,
