UDF in Approval Template not getting exposed through service layer.

Hello Everyone,

Can you please help me out for my below issue : I have tried a lot from my end but didn't find any solution.

I have added 2 User Defined Fields "Document Type, Location" in Approval Template but those "UDF" are not getting exposed through the service layer !!! Please find the below screenshot for reference.

I have even-restarted the service layer but no success. Note : The important thing I wanna highlight is we didn't find Approval Template in the User-Defined Fields - Management for adding the fields.

So to handle this we dynamically added the "UDF" through "DIAPI". So now I want to know how can I see those fields exposed through the service layer If that is not possible let us know the work-around as well.

Hi Abhay,

Even though DI API allows to create UDF on all tables, it is not recommended to create UDF on tables which are not exposed in UDF management.

It is not possible to operate on these UDF with DIAPI,B1Studio or UIAPI. This is a limitation.
