During usage decision for the inspection lots generated for same material, same ud codes are not appearing

For EX:

4763 insptype 01 - UD code 04, 14, EPI are appearing

40000001654 insptype 04 - UD code 04 only appearing

WHY ?

You can be more specific & clear........

anyways ...And If UD code are defined plant specific while creating selected set then ,While doing UD all codes related to that plant will appear.

If Usage decision is doen UD code will appear in QA32.

Hi sujit ,

I am trying to enter UD code

on clicking F4, a screen showing UD code & code group is appearing

Material is same and there are two inspection lots.

One inspection lot generated for 04 insptype - For this only UD ode 04 & its code group are appearing

othe inspectio lot generated for 01 insptype - For this many UD codes & its code group are appearing

Why for same material, UD code varies ?

YEs...check the settings QCC3->Inspection lot creation->Maintain inspection type>select 01 & 04 Inspection tye->details-->check the UD selected set entered here.

same will appear while UD

Its not depend upon material ...its depends upon the inspection type.

i think, you want to ask about Selected set for UD,

It is because of the selected set maintained for the Inspection type in SPRO,

QCC0>Quality inspection>Maintain Insp. types

Here you enter selected set which contains Usage decisions you want to give for particular Inspection type.

Now, check what are the Usage decisions maintained in that Selected set. (QS51)
