Turkish installed windows operating system

Hello everyone,

Our customer uses Turkish Windows.

S4 hana uses SAP system. We can use the SAP system in Turkish.

However, ECTR does not work on the Turkish operating system.

How can we solve this?

This means reinstalling the operating system on all computers.

In addition, users want to use the Windows operating system in Turkish.

If SAP supports this, ECTR should too.

When we want to open ECTR, we receive an error as follows.

Does anyone have knowledge on the subject?

Some issues with Turkish letters and some issues "on start" has been fixed. Please use 5.2.6.5 / 1.1.6.5 as soon it is available and try the login with this version.
