TRM - Add Limit Characteristics to assign it to Limit Type

I need to add Limit Characteristic (i.e. Monitoring Unit and Product Type) to assign it to Limit Type.

In Private Cloud we had the option to add it using configuration steps "Analysis and Characteristics Structure", and through "define generated characteristics"

Do we have option to add in public cloud as well as i can't find these configuration activities in public cloud. If we have option, please suggest the path which we can follow to achieve this.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the ability to create or assign custom Limit Characteristics, such as Monitoring Unit or Product Type, to a Limit Type is not supported. 

Use of Predefined Characteristics: Only standard, SAP-delivered limit characteristics are available.
