Diagnosis

You want to create a travel request, a travel plan or an expense report.

System Response

The system informs you that trip data has already been entered for this time period. It is only possible in exceptional casesto create more than one trip in the same or overlapping time periods.

Procedure

You may have already entered a travel request, travel plan or expense report for this time period and only want to add to it. In this case, select the object you want to make additions to (travel request, travel plan or expense report) in the list of trips and choose the function again.

Are you using a trip schema that is allowing overlap of trips? (checkbox trip schema overview in FITVFELD_WEB)

it must be related to the customizing.

Have you considered the overlap of trips in the functional specification?

You can check the customizing in expert view: V_T702N_A

Check line "Ohter Settlement", second group, column "1" (see attached screenshot).
