Transportation Management for UK

Transportation Management in S/4Hana Cloud was changed significantly in the 2308 release with a new set of scope items replacing the original ones, however the new scope items are not available for UK region and nor can we see them in the future roadmap for the UK. It also does not seem to be possible too utilise the old scope items for new systems.

Does this mean that Transportation Management is not going to be supported in S/4Hana Cloud outside of the limited regions currently available (Germany, US and Croatia) and those mentioned in the roadmap (Australia, New Zealand, Bulgaria and Saudi Arabia)? Or are there plans to update the roadmap to cover other regions as well? If not, what options are there for customers outside of the supported regions?

The 2302 scope items of TM were replaced by the new 2308 scope items for simplification reasons. The guidance for different cases is explained in detail in the KBA - https://me.sap.com/notes/0003371281
