Transport Requests - Forward Questions

Hello SAP,

We have a few questions regarding the option to forward Transport Requests (TRs) to the Production system, which is currently unavailable in the Test system (Import Collection app). Based on our understanding, TRs must be manually forwarded to Production once they are successfully tested in the Test system.

We have a couple of questions regarding this:

1. Will the "forward" option for TRs automatically be enabled once the Production system is provisioned, or are there additional settings that need to be activated to enable this option?

2. Once the Production system is provisioned, will all TRs automatically appear in the production system buffer (ready for import), or will manual forwarding from the Test system still be required to move the TRs to Production? If manual forwarding is needed, could you please share the steps involved?

Dear Customer,

Find the answer for your questions below:

1. Will the "forward" option for TRs automatically be enabled once the Production system is provisioned, or are there additional settings that need to be activated to enable this option?
   Once the Production System is provisioned you should be able to see the Forward option in Quality System using Import Collection app.

2. Once the Production system is provisioned, will all TRs automatically appear in the production system buffer (ready for import), or will manual forwarding from the Test system still be required to move the TRs to Production? If manual forwarding is needed, could you please share the steps involved? 
   The TRs will not automatically appear in P-System once the system is provisioned because they need first to be forwarded from Quality System to Productive System. You can do this manually or you can configure the Transport Automation.
