Transferring planned orders from SAP to external system

Hello All,

We need to send all the planned orders generated after MRP run to external system thro' IDOC message.

Is there any standard Program to send the planned orders from SAP to external system.

The link contains only the production order transfer from SAP to external system but we need for planned orders.
