As per what you are requesting, to handle stock transfers using the ‘Transfer Stock - In-Plant’ app, I would recommend using the API ‘API_MATERIAL_DOCUMENT_SRV’. This API is used to post goods movements in Inventory Management.

In terms of the communication scenario, select ‘SAP_COM_0104 - Material Document Integration’. This communication scenario enables the integration of material documents, which are used to record changes in material stock.
