Transfer Status of the bill remains 'Not Transferred' in the Subscription Billing

I have created a bill in a Subscription Billing and changed the status to 'Closed'. However the Transfer Status remains 'Not Transferred'. The Event Log shows the status 'Event Sent'. How do I get the bill transferred to S4?

Hello,

If closed bills remain in the 'Not Transferred' status, this indicates that the integration with the S4 has not been set up properly.

Some prerequisites are necessary for a functioning integration, which are described in detail in the 'Integration Guide'.
Depending on the S4 variant, the chapters
- Integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
or
- Integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP S/4HANA

are of particular relevance with regard to Bill Integration.
