The S/4HANA on-premise community is here: https://community.sap.com/topics/s4hana

Can you post your question there?

Your question really depends on what you want to achieve and what you would like to use (GUI vs. Fiori).

However if GUI, then transaction can be use, as well as screen personas, but if Fiori you can also use screen personas or use the Fiori in-app adaptations.

Recommend to post question in the on-premise community in the Fiori section: https://blogs.sap.com/tags/73555000100800000131/
