Need to set validation via transaction notification when user is update user defined field into OBTN screen, SAP business one HANA.

How to set validation while changing any value into user defined field into OBTN table.

You can use Object Type 10000044 for OBTN table and set your conditions accordingly.

I am aware of the object type and table name but facing issue to the make the HANA validation.
