Transaction FB03 in S4HC system

Dear Friends,

I am looking for application wherein i can have flexibility to search the documents as in case of FB03 (on premise). Gone through the "Manage journal entries" application wherein i have found a link to access "Display Journal Entries" application, as shown in the below screenshot attached. It is exactly same as FB03. However, this application has to be opened only through "Manage journal entries" app and cannot be accessed directly.

Can anyone help me out, how to open "Display Journal entries" application directly, without opening "Manage journal entries" application..!

Hi Satya,

You can use the URL for Display Document as an alternative and either display single document or list

e.g. https://my30xxxx.s4hana.ondemand.com/ui#AccountingDocument-displayDocument?

sathyamsighakolli then you already have acess to FB03 (kind of) 🙂

if you know the document number, you can click on search (magnifying glass) and enter it, then display it from there. If you don't know the document number , enter the user id and all your documents will be listed

Forget FB03 ...

I recommend you the Fiori App " Display Document" which is the app on Cloud equivalent to the transaction FB03.

The app "Display Document" is a GUI application and will look exactly same as FB03. Please see the attached screenshot from our internal system.

I have checked the application suggested by you. It doesn't looks like the traditional FB03. Are you sure this is the app?
