Transaction Code CVI_PRECHK save button disabled

Hi experts,

I have a question about t-code CVI_PRECHK.
Currently, I am unable to save any values in the "New Value" column. Somehow, the Save button is disabled. Pressing the "Enter" button saves the value in the column but it doesn't reflect when I run t-code XD02.

Is it a customizing issue or missing SAP note implementation? Any advice or opinions is much appreciated!
