Track changes in Physical Inventory Count

How can we track the changes which we do in physical inventory count? If one count is made against the physical inventory document, and then it was recounted and counting is updated on the document. How can we track the changes?

You can track changes made to physical inventory counts using the Manage Physical Inventory Documents  APP. This app displays the physical inventory data for a physical inventory document and for a physical inventory count. For more information, see Manage Physical Inventory Documents.  Also there is the Process Physical Inventory Count Results APP, which generates a list of the inventory differences for one or more materials. This list can, for example, be used for a checklist after a physical inventory count. For more information, see Process Physical Inventory Count Results.

Please note that this app only displays changes that were made after the physical inventory document was created. It does not display changes made during the creation of the physical inventory document.
