Traceability_Scrap quantity in In process Inspection & Production order operation wise confirmation

Hello Experts,

Could you please advise on the below requirement. 

1. Traceability for Scrap quantity recorded in Quality In-process Inspection

2. Traceability for Scrap quantity recorded in Production order operation wise confirmation

Is there any material document generated for the scrap quantity recorded in the above steps.

Is there any report available for scrap quantity recorded in SAP through the above steps. We are currently using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Please advise.

Hi @thangarajthomas,

Please check the Fiori app 'Operation Scrap - By Work Center' to compare actual scrap figures recorded in the production confirmations with the expected scrap that was defined in the order operation. It allows you to implement a feedback loop for updating the expected scrap percentage in the order operation. The app shows the work centers where the expected scrap percentage most differs from the actual scrap percentage.
