TR not created with 311 movement in MIGO

Hi Experts,

I am doing transfer posting from 'X' loaction to 'Y' location for a ABC material. Whereas, ABC material is WM managed and X, Y sloc are assigned to WH. But, when the transfer posting is done with 311 movemnt type TR is not created. therefore, PCN is creating.
kindly suggest for any configurations to be done.
i maintained the config in - LE>>WM>>interfaces>>define movement types>>LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management.
Refmvt type WM as 311 

Movement type as 309 

TR creation as X

Transfer requirements are created for inbound and outbound processes, i.e. goods receipt and goods issue. I believe your case is a transfer posting - you post 311 movement between storage locations X and Y that are assigned to the same warehouse number. Here LE-WM doesn't create transfer postings but posting change notifications.
