Tour data not updated in /DSD/ME_DDR_STAT

HI All,

We are setting up mobile DSD pre seller scenario in 1709

We have setup all configuration but our tour remains in A,S,N state in table /DSD/ME_DDR_STAT, it should be M,S,S to get downloaded to Mobile device but it does not happen.

We have also seen the error No tour data exists for the current time range in t-code /EMSE/APP_LOG MONITOR, but tour already exist in system and status remains as not assigned.

the error in SLG1 is Driver xxx is not correctly assigned,however we did check the driver is correctly assigned in DSD connector and in VIsit list.

the solution is on S/4 HANA 1709 that is why S/4 HANA tag....
