Top-Down Distribution Receiver Problem(CO-PA)

Hello everyone,

I am doing the top-down example in J55 scope item exactly. But the system gives an error that it cannot find a receiver. What is the reason for this? Can you please explain in detail how the sender and receiver basis works.

Dear expert,

based on screens provided, problem is probably due to missing Reference mapping provided for fields WBS Element and Segment in the Receiver Basis. You can use All to All mapping in reference mapping view, but reference mapping must be provided for fields of type "Retain and Relevant for Reference", if no value selected for the field. Please try to adjust and let me know, if it helped.

based on your suggestion I have provided all to all and still same errors appear. Would you please suggest solution for that ?

In that case, check also, what type of Neg. Scale factor is selected. Since revenues are posted with negative "-" mark into ACDOCA Universal Journal, selecting proper Neg scale factor is relevant. Please try to cahnge factor type and let me know, if this solved your problem.
