To add on-hand stock column on New Return to Supplier screen in Outbound Logistics

Hi All,

I would like to ask a question on the Return to Supplier (RTS) creation screen. The first step: Select Inbound Delivery Item on the RTS screen shows the delivery quantity as well as the products in batches. Currently, only the delivered quantity is being shown on the screen.

However, is it possible to add a column for the stock-on-hand? There are cases that the delivered quantity is not anymore reflective of the actual stocks available. For example, a product has a delivered quantity of 100 cases in a batch and that is now depleted to 50 cases. Upon testing, a return of 60 cases for the same batch pushed through and it created an RTS ID. However, we would like that on the RTS screen, it would already raise a notification that inventory on hand cannot fulfill the required return to supplier.

Dear Mara Isobelle,

In RTS screen there is no provision to add a column stock-on-hand , However as a workaround you can check the stock overview.

You may try building a custom field with PDI logic.
