An employee records time on a project task and releases them. You find that these times recordings are always sent to project manager for approval, not to the Person Responsible at task level.

All the time and expenses incurred on the project is always needed to be approved by the project manager, not by the Task person responsible.

Irrespective of the person responsible on the task level, all the time recordings will be sent to the project manager (who is responsible for the entire project).

Hence all the project time recordings are always sent to project manager for approval.
