Time sheet is not getting picked up in the integration from SAP HR to Fieldglass for one user .

SAP HR is the upstream system to SAP Fieldglass and timesheet is being filled in SAP HR once it is approved it will be posted to SAP Fieldglass by batch run . But for one particular user the timesheet is not getting picked up at the scheduled batch run. 

It is being approved before the batch run time. 

The Fieldglass time sheet date is correct (i.e. not greater than the Work started date )..
