Thumbnail Image of product is not working

Hello Experts,

During a conversation with a customer, I was asked about the possibility of setting up a product thumbnail to display in the Manage Product Master application. From the information I found, this can be done by adding a photo when editing the material, in Attachments - Document Management Services. Unfortunately, after adding the photo, it did not transfer to the thumbnail.

Does it require configuration?
I got information that for s/4hana public edition this solution is currently unavailable, is it the same for s/4hana private edition?
