Third party subcontracting

Does anybody know if there is a workaround available for this process: https://blogs.sap.com/2014/01/27/third-party-subcontracting/

In an ECC / private cloud system triggered by item category TADS. It was an addition in EHP5 package of SAP also known as Outsourced Manufacturing 2 in ERP operations (LOG_MM_OM_2).

Thanks for your question!

As of now, S/4HANA Cloud does not directly support the functionality where the subcontractor sends the finalized material to the customer directly. The standard procedure in S/4HANA Cloud for subcontracting involves the subcontractor returning the finished goods to your company's location, and then your company sends it to the customer.
