Theres a Purchase Order [Approved] but not in Approval Status Report and Document Draft

Hi

Does anyone can help me troubleshoot.

In SAP Business One 10.0 for HANA FP 2111

A client have an added Purchase Order [Approved], and they want to 'Copy To' to another document. But the 'Copy To' button is greyed out.

When I tried editting the document, it says "You cannot create ne documents based on a document awaiting approval [Message 3622-13]".

But upon checking the Approval Reports, this document is missing. I also tried looking it up on Document Drafts, but this is missing.

But it is present on Open Item List.
