Please check stock in MMBe and verify if your stock is maintained in batches. If your stock is maintained in batches then you need to assign the batch to the delivery line item. Usually this is the problem faced in a Consignment orders.

Well ATo,

A quick question, is your system connected to an APO or GATP - Global availability check is active?

If yes then please go and check in rrp3 transaction and verify the scheduling, and proceed accordingly.

If no, then I suggest try using the transaction VL10i and try creating an delivery with respect to sales order. Also I would advise you to recheck the order in VA02 and do an availability check for the items before you crate a delivery. While using VL01N to create delivery one may also want to check the delivery date which may get changed to some thing in future.

Thanks

Adi

Hi,

If stock is available for the material in the particular storage location (MMBE), check whether the stock is reserved against any other order and check the stock reservation against safety stock.

Dear Ato

If the stock is available in MMBE and still you are not able to create delivery, check in the sale order schedule lines whether stock is flowing in "Confirmed quantity". If not, do availability check by selecting "Edit - Item Availability" and try.

Dear Ato

Please ensure the following

1) The confirmed date flowing in sale order is the date on which you are trying to create delivery

2) If any delivery is created and saved without doing PGI. You can check the same in MD04 where the delivery document will be displayed. Also please note that the stock showing in "Unrestricted Use" is the quantity inclusive of delivery saved

Thanks
