There is no material document in CO14

Dear SAP Experts,

When we want to display material document in confirmation (Tcode CO14) there is no material document.

We running report ZPCON_126 based on SAP notes 814768 but still there is no material document.

We found SAP notes 2874008 - No material document shown in CO14 or CORT after confirmation cancellation but We doubt the notes are relevant to our system because we don't use EWM.

Hi Anita,

Please provide more detailed information. As per the SAP note 814768, there are some pre-requisites please check if all those are checked. I hope you are doing confirmations using CO15 in case of production orders and COR5 in case of process orders. Please check if documented goods movements are added. Also please add more detailed screen shots enabling to have a look.

It seems that you might be facing some authorization issue. Can you check su53 for your user ID after you execute co14 and order number.

Have you checked in MSEG OR MB51 that document is being post ? If not then In T-Code OPL8 >Implementation > Documentation of Goods Movement.Should be checked.

Material document exist in MSEG or MB51. Documentation of Goods movement also checked in OPL8.

Sometimes, a movement is posted during the confirmation and it goes to COGI or CO1P because of an error. If the record is then deleted in COGI or CO1P, you won't see anything in CO14.

If you are posting goods movements during confirmations, you need to always check COGI or CO1P.

I check COGI and CO1P but there is no record.

Material document also exist in tabel MSEG, MKPF, and AFRU related with prod order and confirmation number.

Only in CO14 we can't found that material document.

Do you have any suggestion?
