The transport based correction (TCI) "SAPK10400JCPS4CORE" of SAP note "0002910131" is not available

Hello

doing a SUM upgrade of S4HANA 1809 to 1909.

In Phase: PREP_EXTENSION/CPK_INCLUSION of SUM i got the error "The transport based correction (TCI) "SAPK10400JCPS4CORE" of SAP note "0002910131" is not available".

When checking Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2910131 i did not find this TCL. There are a lot, but of fifferent Names 😞

Where can i got the missing TCL from?
