ABUMN with missing unit of measure.pngOur business can"t to any partial transfer with the transaction ABUMN, as they always get the standard error message "Enter both quantity and unit of measure". Please see the screenshot in the attachment. The problem is not only in FIP, but also in every test and develpment system. Could you please help how to set the field "unit of measure"? Thanks.

Hi  @meerwu

If sender asset doesn't have unit of measure or quantity, why you want to put quantity in ABUMN.

You can simple do partial transfer with required amount and don't put anything on quantity field. Later you can update quantity by going to AS02.

Please check if it works for you.

Does the sender asset contain a quantity and an unit of measure?

  • In this case, consider raising an issue to support (should have been corrected in 2005)

Thanks for your reply. I think this is the problem that our business doesn't have the unit of measure for the sender asset.

So, basically, users want to subtract a quantity from nothing.😊

  • The first step would be to enter the quantity and unit in the sender's asset.
