The project system should automatically update the equipment usage counter

My requirement is to update my equipment counter via PS network.
The confirmation should be the trigger for creating the measurement document.

My Equipment is a PRT and the Counter is Type V = Usage Counter. 

For Production Order it wokred perfectly fine, but now we need to create the mesaurment dosument via the PS System. 

Is this a standard SAP functionality?
