We have kanbans that are created through the transactions PK01 and LPK1. And we edit it with PK02 and LPK2 if needed. The point is that we have some kanbans registered as a bulk (that consume the materials transfered for the production lines automatically), but this automation is not working.
For that it may works, we have a right Storage Type for the "normal" kanbans that is PS1 and a Storage Type for the bulk ones that is 160. When the material will be a bulk kanban, we insert this Storage Type on PK01 and LPK1. We also insert the information ZS65 in the Stock Transfer field on LPK1, and additionally the Cost Center from where it will be consumed in the tab Flow Control, in the same LPK1. We also flag the field "Bulk Material" in the tab MRP2 in the MM02 transaction. After it, the bulk is supposed to work, but it is not working, I mean that its not consuming the whole stock when transfered for the kanban box position.
Am I missing some important info and configuration that makes a bulk kanban works? What is missing for that it may works? Help me guys please.
