The detail on alerts disapears after opening the documents on the detail

Hi, 
I found a problem with SAP B1 10 HANA and SQL versions.

I have an alert when new production orders are created. The alert is based on a query, and on the details is the the list of the new orders.

If I use the drill-down arrow and open and close multiple (+10) documents, from the list, and then I move to the next alert, all the details with the document list disappear. from all the alerts !

The query returns around 20/30 documents with just the number, date, project and status.

I have to close SAP B1 to get the alert details back.

Anyone with a similar issue ?
And better with a solution ?

Could you reproduce this issue with demo database also?

Yes, the prints are in fact from de Demo database OEC Computers with Portuguese localization

Do you have to close the entire B1 client, or is it enough to just close and reopen the Messages/Alerts window?

Close and reopen the messages does'nt solve the problem.
I have to close SAP B1 or choose change company and login again
