The description field does not display any content.

Dear Experts 

I have created a New DB Throw Solution packager  and my version is 10  FB 2111

but after DB working I face an issue regarding the Description field in the  Production Order and Bill of Material (BoM) fields within our SAP system. Specifically, the Description field does not display any content

Although it appears on other screens Like PO,SO, ....etc

also, I run Query for WOR1 with No Result Also 

Can anyone help me to solve this issue
