One of my clients is having a problem with SAP Business One.
Sometimes the message "The database structure has been modified. In order to resume this process, all open windows will be closed" appears for users, but there is no addition of UDFs, UDTs, etc./ no modification made to the database! When they click "Ok", the message is displayed endlessly. The only way is to interrupt SAP Business One through the task manager.
Most of the time (but not always) the message appears when there is a period of inactivity on the PC.
Is it due to a network interruption ? How can I identify it?
But, even if it is a network interruption, the message does not correspond to the problem.
The perform data check option is not enabled on the database.
They are on SAP Business One (SQL Server), Version 10 FP2111 (this only happens since the upgrade to FP2111).
Is someone facing the same problem? Do you have any ideas to help me solve this problem please?
