The data for the user department L does not exist in MARA table

Dear Experts,

My project is IS H project.

I've created some materials with FERT material type.

When I am going to display mode of these materials,

Basic data pharmacy view does not showing any information. it is showing blank and displaying the below information in status bar

"The data for the user department L does not exist in MARA table"

Please tell me the solution.

department L means plant/storage location view

MARA means general data.

Most fields in the storage location view are not plant specific, they are general and will be stored in MARA.

So I guess you just have to maintain a storage location view to get rit of the error message

Hi,

It is expecting classification view to be created...

Please go to SE16, table T130P, and deactivate the indicator "Essential" for "Maintenance Status" = C and "Table" = MARA..

the customizing is made in IMG > Cross-Application Components > Classification System > Classes > Maintain Object Types and Class Types..
