Can we maintain text in two different languages for same text ID of customer master data? Please help.

yes u can verywell do this . Not only in two language but u can maintain in more than that.

yes we can maintain Text in different languages.
As you know we need text objects to maintain texts, as we dont have condition records for text.
Tcode:So10- enter your text Id & object.
before that you need to check all the text determination configuration.
