Hi Anil,
There is no need to change the PCR, just goto table V_001P_H (sm30 is the tcode),
1. Enter county grouping 40 (India)
2. Check for the personnel area and personnel sub-area defined for the client you are working for
3. Check the 'PS grouping column' and enter the PS grouping same as what was defined for configuring absences.
this will sort-out issue.
pl revert if the same is not resolved yet.

Santhosh
Hi Kumar,
I'm Dinakar, could you please help me how to understand the Time Evaluation log details and below is my quiery:
I wrote PCR's to carry forward the quota type for next year, however when the TQTA schema is run for the date 31.01.2014, the ABKOWNTI table is not picking my base entitlement 12 days of Casual Leave type with 41 what I have given while creating absence type.
And another absence quota type with carry-forward quota type 43, in the base entitlement step 5 of selection rules I have assigned my Time type which should have base entitlement (CL 41). However the TE log is not showing the expected results.
The scenario is that the TE log should show how much leave quota is accrued on daily basis and by 1st month of next year (2015) should get carry forwarded half of the accrued balance of leave quota and adding up the same to the daily accrued quota.
Eg: employee has 12 days of casual leave at the end of the year 31.12.2014, there on 31.01.2015 the the quota balance should show as 6 + 1 = 7 casual leaves.
Could you please help me on this.
Regards,
Dinakar
