Can you help me with tcode FM_FUNCTION and LSMW recording?

I want create LSMW with this tcode to create many Function Areas, but can't to do... something is wrong with screens.

Or how can we create Function Area massive?

Project stoped with the first screen and didn't 'click' create...

Is it specific tcode FM_FUNCTION?

All other our projects work...

Hi, it's difficult to say... Try to use different Process mode(in sm35) Background, Display error mode.

If won't help, then try to recreate record
