Tax simplifier Statement in ESS

How can we view Tax simplifier statement in ESS. What are the services involved from the portal side. We are on EHP-5 and necessary business functions are activated. We are on Webdynpro for JAva and do not have Adobe document services configured.

check out for the webdynpro application named as HRESS_A_REP_IN_SSITP , it can be executed from se80 , check if it works in your as is scenario .
