Tax procedure in S4HANA public cloud

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know, if I can edit the tax procedure in S4HANA public cloud. I am trying to find out SSCUI for Tax procedure but unable to find any procedure. 

Can you please assist with the SSCUI ID for tax procedure ?
