Tax Number Type do not work properly

Hi guys!

For my project I wanted add Country code and Tax number type to my Lead object, but as I learned TaxIdentificationNumberTypeCode is not available for standard BO. Therefore, I wanted to create embedded component with CountryCode, TaxIdentificationNumberTypeCode and PartyTaxID(For tax number) to add him in my standard BO. But there I got one more problem. TaxIdentificationNumberTypeCode just do not work if there is CountryCode.

But! If I Remove CountryCode field from the table tax type work!

I know that TaxIdentificationNumberTypeCode bounded with CountryCode and they should work together, but why in my case that does not?
P.S. Table fields are directly bound to standard fields.
P.S.S. Would be amazing if someone can explain how implement this functionality in other way.
