Tax indicator 0 is not defined for use with condition type ZNAV

Hi gurus

I have been requested to create some condition tables for tax determination in the creation of POs, I have created them, assigned them to an access sequence and assign this to the custom condition type ZNAV. This condition type has condition class D (taxes), calculation type B (fixed amount) and condition category D (tax). 

One of the condition tables is built with the fields "Destination country" and "Tax classification material", and when I'm trying to create new records in mek1, when I try to enter the value 0 in "tax classification material"  this error comes up: "Tax indicator 0 is not defined for use with condition type ZNAV" (it also happens for other values)

Does anyone knows what I am missing?

Since you are using tax classification, kindly maintain the entry in OVK3 and try again.
