Tax Determination in Third Party Sales

Dear experts,

How tax is determined in Third Party Sales if Slold to Party , Vendor  and Ship to Party belongs to different Countries?

Tax calculation is based on goods movement and the way you configure your system. As standard SAP would verify ship-to and Ship-from from the sales order to determine the tax. Ship-to party and plant / sales organization will determine how the tax will be determined and calculated on the sales order. In case of Plant Abroad and other complex flow including intercompany please refer to SAP Note 10560.
