Tasklist creation makes difference in 4.6c and ECC6.0

Hi Everyone,

Till now we were using SAP 4.6c version in that while creating a Tasklist we used to enter the Purchase Order under the Operations of Tasklist,

when we are trying to give same Purchase in ECC6 then it is giving an error as

Document not an outline agreement (please enter outl. agreement)

Why is difference in 4.6c and ECC6, and how to rectify the error.
