Target value exceed in contract

when i try to creat the service entrysheet by adopting the service details from the contract . then i am getting this error:TARGET VALUE EXCEED"

COULD ANY ONE SOLVE THIS ERROR..kindly suggest the possible way to solve this error..

hi Manu,

This message appears when the value maintain at service entry sheet exceeds then that defined at the contract...

As per this i think you have maintain a Value contract.....

Firstly, PLs check the enter value limit in the contract....

Then check the entry sheet, whether you are entering the more value then that defined in the contract....

If yes, then pls correct here and check and save....

This shd resolve your problem....

the target value i given is 5 lakh and the value in i am trying to adopt to service entry sheet is 5k but still the error is coming..

when i delete the outline agreement number in item overview

then it is allowing me to proceed the service entry sheet..

could u find the reason behind this..

Check Whether Service Entries are Done already for 5L.

till today 4 l amount is consumed and the rest one lakh ia m trying to capture but its giving the error target value is exceed

Please Go to Contract and Check the Target Value Once. It Seems the Target you Maintained in Contract Exceeds.

Now Double Click on Error Message Number and Give Mesg Number. In Custmizing you can Change the Message to Warning.

Else Change the Target Value in Contracts.
