Tansfer balance between one customer to another customer via API

We want to use clear incoming payment App  to transfer balance from customer to customer B.

But is there any API for clear incoming paymen?

Firstly, use the Journal Entry - Post (Synchronous) API to create two postings for customer A and B:

AR Customer A

Offset Account

Offset Account

AR Customer B

Then, use the Journal Entry - Clearing (Asynchronous) API to clear the two documents.
