TAN as higher level item category for Sales Order Type OR and Item Category Groups NLAG and SERV

Hi community!

In SSCUI 102807 (Assign Item Categories) it is not possible to add TAN as higher level item category for Sales Order Type OR and Item category group NLAG.

Same for Sales Order Type OR and Item category group SERV:

Why is this not possible? The configuration here is greyed - out.

Hi Sam, According to my expert, it's not possible to achieve what you're asking in S/4HANA Cloud, and there is also no plan to support it in standard, and it couldn't be done via customer configuration. However, you can think about to try the sales kit functionality which is covered with scope item 31Q. Best Regards, Sean
